At Vape101, we strive to deliver your favorite vape products quickly and securely. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping across Ontario.
Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship only within Ontario, Canada and exclusively use Purolator Ground as our delivery carrier.

Flat Rate Shipping: All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $19.99.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100.00 before tax qualify for free shipping.

Express Shipping: If you need your order sooner, we offer Purolator Express for an additional fee (selectable at checkout).
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST on a business day are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. In rare cases, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.

If any item is out of stock, it will ship immediately once available.
Proof of Age Requirement
All orders shipped from Vape101.com are subject to Purolator’s Proof of Age (Age of Majority) service—no exceptions.

Signature is required upon delivery.

A government-issued photo ID showing you are of legal vaping age in Ontario (19+) must be shown at the time of delivery.

If you are unavailable, the package will be held at the nearest Purolator depot or partner location for pickup.

Returned to Sender packages due to failure to provide proof of age are non-refundable.

Carrier Information & Delivery Schedule

Current Carrier: Purolator (no other carriers are used at this time).

No Deliveries: Purolator does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or Canadian statutory holidays.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be generated automatically once your shipping label is created. You will receive this number via the email address provided at checkout.
Please note:

If you receive a tracking number on a weekend or holiday, it means your order is processed but will not be picked up until the next business day.
