Shipping Policy
This is subject to change for any circumstance. Typically, there is a 24 hour processing and handling wait time on all orders. Typically, orders placed Monday - Friday before 8:00 AM CST will ship first available after processing. Returned orders may get refunded, however shipping charges cannot be refunded. Order process times may vary due to local disasters, regional disasters, local and foreign supply chain issues, or other events that may occur. Shipping carriers times may vary. Typically we use USPS Priority Mail Express shipping, however upon delays or unexpected events sometimes the option is not avalaible, so we select next avaliable option either USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. We automatically default to USPS. This is subject to change for any circumstance.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON-RETURNABLE: e-liquids, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, and rechargeable batteries. Non-Defective Items being returned will be accompanied with a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Processing & Handing Policy

Marked as Shipped Policy
Orders are often marked as shipped with tracking once we complete Handling and Processing. After we mark as complete, we update the order with it’s speific tracking number. Wait times on the package to be recieved by the shipping carrier may vary but typsically gets updated within 48 hours. Please check your tracking number for most recent changes.
Out of Stock Policy
If an order is placed and the item is out of stock or cannot be shipped for any other reason, we will attempt to contact you and resolve the issue. If contact cannot be made, we will ship the rest of your order and refund the item in question.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. Errors can also result in lost, mis-deleivered, or undelivered packages and orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has to paid for the cost to reship the order.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Due to the volume of orders Vape101 receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter or change any order.
We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
